Since starting Bobbi & Brie in April 2021, founders Brianna and Robert Powell, we have thrived to serve customers a unique dining experience. We are currently serving North and Central Alabama, we love our state and the opportunities to grow. We have participated in sold-out pops in Cullman and Jefferson County. Our pop-up cafe allows for us to bring our delicious and personalized charcuterie and baked goods to you. We have catered events ranging from weddings and college events, to private parties. Robert loves to provide a friendly process of setting up details on what you want and how we cater to your event. While Brianna provides the creativity and love put into every setting, platter and baked good that comes her way. Every freshly-made platter, homemade cookie, and made daily pastries amade with the hopes to brighten up your day.

With Bobbi and Brie, we want to offer a fun and delicious experience through our catering and pop-ups. We offer everything from eye-catching charcuterie boards to made from scratch French pastries. Bobbi and Brie has been a part of corporate events, weddings, birthdays, and graduations. We love to create personal catering experiences made for your occasion for your loved ones. Co-owner Brianna has always loved making food that is both beautiful and delicious. The look on peoples’ faces is worth the hard work that goes into every board and pastry. Along with Robert, who loves to carry you through the whole process from start to finish, with his love for interacting with customers. With the success of Bobbi and Brie in 2021, Brianna and Robert are thrilled to share the many new ideas they have planned for the years to come.
